This online course is relevant to all school leaders who want to improve their understanding of student writing at their school, as well as how confident teachers are teaching writing and how much time they spend on it.
In this course, you’ll use research evidence, student writing data and teacher practice data to develop a clear rationale for a focus on writing instruction that you can share and discuss with your staff. It will support your professional learning and help you demonstrate proficiency against the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers Standards 5 and 6.
